The service

Kluisveld provides online file storage, synchronisation, backup and restoration according to the selected plan. Capacity and included seats are listed on the pricing page.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep access credentials private. You are responsible for activity performed by people you invite and for maintaining a recovery method.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malicious software or interfere with other customers.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly. You can cancel before the next renewal and export your files. Capacity changes never cause automatic deletion of existing data.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service dependable and communicate material incidents on the status page. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
